Headshot of Ralph A. Hargrove.

Keynote Speaker: Ralph Hargrove

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors was founded in Mobile, Alabama in 1995 by Ralph A. Hargrove, who launched the company from the attic of his home after years of experience in plant engineering for the paper, chemical, and petrochemical industries. His wife, Kimberly, and his children, Katrina and Corey, offered steadfast support for his vision, providing encouragement and belief that helped lay the groundwork for what Hargrove would become.

Recognizing the need for specialized technical services and strong client relationships, Hargrove quickly earned a reputation for quality in small projects, automation, and turnarounds. By the mid-2000s, Hargrove expanded into large capital projects with clients like Kimberly Clark and Mitsubishi Polysilicon. This success helped establish Hargrove’s standing in major project execution.

Hargrove is a full-service engineering, procurement, construction & construction management firm and licensed general contractor in over 30 states, as well as providing services into the Canadian provinces.

The largest engineering firm in Alabama, Hargrove is 100% Teammate-owned with 2,700 Teammates spread across 19 offices. Operating under the philosophy of being the Right People… in the Right Place… at the Right Time, Hargrove continues to grow through innovation, strong partnerships, and a commitment to client success.
