Recognizing the need for specialized technical services and strong client relationships, Hargrove quickly earned a reputation for quality in small projects, automation, and turnarounds. By the mid-2000s, the company expanded into large capital projects with clients such as Kimberly Clark and Mitsubishi Polysilicon—success that helped establish Hargrove’s standing in major project execution.

Hargrove has continued to grow nationwide, with offices located from coast to coast. Specialized divisions—including Hargrove Life Sciences (2012), Hargrove Controls & Automation (2013), and Tormod (2019)—have extended the company’s capabilities to support a wide range of client needs.

In 2021, Hargrove opened two Tecnohargrove offices in Monterrey and Mexico City, Mexico. More recently, Hargrove Equipment Solutions was launched to serve specialized mechanical needs, offering turnkey support in bulk material handling, machine design, and simulation. Using ANSYS tools, the team predicts equipment performance across changing conditions.

Today, Hargrove is a full-service engineering, procurement, construction, and construction management firm—and a licensed general contractor in over 30 states—providing services into the Canadian provinces.
