ECOB Engineering Awards 2024

Nominations are now open.

These awards recognize outstanding contributions and achievements within our engineering community, and we encourage all members to participate by submitting nominations.

The following categories are open for nominations:

1. Engineer of the Year: This award honors an engineer who has demonstrated exceptional expertise, leadership, and impact in their field.
2. Young Engineer of the Year: Recognizing the achievements of emerging talents in the engineering profession, this award celebrates a young engineer who has shown exceptional promise and accomplishments.
3. Engineering Educator of the Year: This award acknowledges the outstanding efforts of educators who have made a significant impact on the development and education of future engineers.
4. Distinguished Service Award: This prestigious award is presented to an individual who has rendered exemplary service to their nominating society and the engineering community at large.

Nominations will be accepted through close of business on Wednesday, November 15, 2023. To submit a nomination, please download and complete the nomination form from the links below. Submit the completed nomination form by email to awards@ecob.org or mail to ECOB Engineering Awards, P.O. Box 19785, Birmingham, Alabama 35219. We encourage you to consider your colleagues, mentors, and peers who have made remarkable contributions to our field.

Your participation in nominating candidates for these awards is essential in recognizing and celebrating the accomplishments of our fellow engineers and educators. Let's come together to honor those who have made significant contributions to the engineering profession.
